Group Directors

Mr. Indra Pal Vishwakarma, Director (HR & Legal Affairs), Age 70+ is a Science Graduate, after taking professional training in Administration & Human Resources, started career from a Semi-Government organization under Ministry of Food & Agriculture. After four years, he joined Bajaj Electricals Ltd., a joint venture with Philips, Holland in the Chairmanship of Shri Rahul Bajaj, M.P. as Manager (Administration) and worked there for about 28 years in different profiles with different clients of high profile of Lighting Industry. Then he adventurously stepped in Real Estate in Bhopal in persuasion of Founder of TCM Group in the year 2010. After completing Project of Real Estate in 2012, he started working with Founder and gave higher dimensions in the business and valuing the vast experience he has been entrusted with the responsibility of Director of TCM Group of companies.

Mr. Pankaj Mittal, Director (Finance & Accounts), Age 50+ was a business-minded man from his student-life, he kept himself associated with his father’s Transport business. This led him, in due course, to be a man of Accounts from his early youth. Later, he came in contact with TCM Founder, who took him as Manager (Accounts) in TCM group and soon his sincerity, vast experience and focused-knowledge of laws elevated him to the position of Director (Finance & Accounts) in TCM group.

Mrs. Charu Gupta, Director (Operations), Age 43, a Commerce graduate from Delhi University, with a strong desire to be a different person of her own identity, took Diploma in Textile Designs and started career with Merchandise Export house. Thereafter, she stepped in Consultancy and Advisory profession. During this duration, as a dynamic person to do something big, the thought of business through TCM Group was conceived and from the last about four years she has been actively involved in its business and presently from the last one year she is one of the Directors of the TCM group.

Mr. Vikash Gupta, Director (Operations), Age 41+, a Commerce graduate from Delhi University, started his career as a Sales Executive with a renowned Telecom Company. Thereafter he got connected with ICICI Bank as a Team Leader in various profiles. Fascinated in Accounts, he joined a CA firm and specialized in GST & TDS compliances. Presently he is one of the Directors in TCM group of companies.

Mr. Ashish Mishra, Director, (Operations), Age 33+, a Post-graduate in Commerce and MBA (Marketing & Finance), worked with different companies in different roles including Tech Mahindra TCS V-Link for about 14 years. Thereafter he was connected with a Chartered Accountants firm in Noida and worked for about eight years in execution of entire firm’s tasks and compliances. Excellence in IT and timely execution without allowing any escalation is his professional beauty. Presently he is holding the office of one of the Directors of TCM Group.
